Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

These terms cover answerlyne.com and every chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice assistant Answerlyne operates for its clients. By using this site, or by engaging Answerlyne to build and run an assistant for your business, you agree to these terms. For a specific client relationship, a signed service agreement between Answerlyne and that client controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Who this covers

Answerlyne is operated by an individual based in Bulgaria. You can reach the person responsible for this site and its services at kiril.nikolinski@answerlyne.com for any question about these terms.

What Answerlyne provides

Answerlyne builds and hosts AI-powered chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice assistants for businesses, trained on content each business provides. Depending on plan, an assistant may also check calendar availability and book appointments, or connect to a client's CRM or order system. Current plans and pricing are shown on the pricing section of this site; a signed service agreement sets the specific plan, price, and terms for an individual client.

Using the website and chat widget

You're welcome to use the chat widget on this site or on a client's site to ask questions about that business. Please don't use it to submit unlawful content, attempt to extract another user's data, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or attempt to make the assistant act outside the scope of the business it represents. We may block or rate-limit use that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Accuracy of assistant responses

Assistants are AI-powered and answer only from the content a business has provided. Like any AI system, an assistant can occasionally give an incomplete, delayed, or incorrect response, especially where its source content doesn't cover something. Assistants are designed to say so and hand off to a human rather than guess, but Answerlyne does not guarantee that every response will be complete or error-free — for anything important (medical, legal, financial, or safety-related), confirm directly with the business.

Client responsibilities

A business that engages Answerlyne to build an assistant is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content it provides for training, for reviewing conversation flows before go-live, for how it uses any connected calendar, CRM, or order-system access it grants, and for its own compliance with the privacy and consumer-protection laws that apply to its customers.

Payment and cancellation

For clients on a paid plan, fees are billed monthly in advance as set out in that client's service agreement. Either party may cancel with the notice period stated in that agreement (30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing). Answerlyne may suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Answerlyne retains ownership of the underlying software and platform. Each business retains ownership of its own content, trademarks, and data. Nothing here transfers ownership of either party's pre-existing intellectual property to the other.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site and the assistants Answerlyne operates are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Answerlyne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any assistant. Where a client has a signed service agreement, that agreement's liability terms control for that relationship.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change meaningfully, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a signed service agreement with a specific client states otherwise.
